Hello! I'm Elliot (aka Icarom) a 2D digital artist. I specialize in character designs and illustrations. I have been drawing since I was around 12 years old and am studying at RMCAD to earn a Bachelor's in Fine Arts with a concentration in concept art. Terms of Service

By commissioning me, you agree to the following:

General Terms

  • I have the right to reject any piece that I do not feel comfortable drawing for whatever reason.

  • Every piece will come with my signature, which you cannot remove.

  • Prices are subject to change based on complexity.

  • Prices are in USD, and payment will ONLY be accepted through:

  • PayPal

  • Stripe

  • Ko-fi

  • Venmo

  • Cashapp

  • Cash (limited to in-person commissions)

  • Payment is to be sent after you've approved the sketch I send you. Only after I receive the money will I finish and send you the final product.

  • A piece will take anywhere from several days to multiple weeks, depending on the complexity and my personal workload as a full time art student.

  • In the event of a health/life issue, you will be notified and still updated.

Process

  1. I will provide you with constant updates, all watermarked until I receive the payment. After you have paid, all updates will have no watermark.

  2. You may revise the rough sketch as many times as you'd like.

  3. After you have approved the sketch, you may only revise minor details (such as missing details, change in expression) in the finished product. A major revision will cost extra.

  4. The updates that you will receive will be low-resolution screenshots. The final product will be sent to you in a high-resolution PNG.

Usage Policy

I claim the rights to the final product. Therefore, I am allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to:

  • Promote myself with it where I like.

  • Post it anywhere I like.

  • Display it anywhere.

The buyer is allowed to:

  • Use the final product for personal use, such as using it as a profile picture, uploading it to DeviantArt, Twitter, Twitch, Instagram, etc. (Credit is not mandatory but highly encouraged and greatly appreciated!)

  • Print out the artwork and claim their character(s) as their own, but NOT my work.

  • Use my work on their YouTube/Twitch channel for any reason other than claiming credit for the artwork itself.

The buyer is NOT allowed to:

  • Claim credit for my work under any circumstance.

  • Remove my signature in any way.

  • Alter the artwork in any way without my explicit consent.

  • Use my work commercially without my explicit consent.

If you'd like to use my work commercially, contact me and we can discuss pricing.

Usage Policy for AI

Usage of my work for AI (artificial intelligence) tools; platforms or programs, ML (machine learning) tools, platforms or programs; AI or ML training; NFT; blockchain; or other for-profit platforms/purposes, is STRICTLY prohibited under any circumstances. There are no exceptions.

Refund/Cancellation Policy

  • If you have a problem with anything regarding the commission, please let me know! I will be more than happy to work with you to find a solution.

  • If I am unable to finish your commission under any circumstances, you will be given a full refund, as well as the piece in its current state.

  • If you wish to cancel your order before I have finished it, you will receive a full refund. You will not receive any of the work.

  • If you are getting a refund and are paying through PayPal, do not request a PayPal chargeback. Simply let me know and I will return the money.

IF YOU REQUEST A PAYPAL CHARGEBACK AFTER YOU HAVE RECEIVED THE WORK, YOU WILL LOSE ALL RIGHTS TO THE COMMISSIONED PIECE AND I WILL HAVE THE RIGHT TO PROFIT FURTHER FROM IT IN ANY WAY I SEE FIT. I WILL ALSO DECLINE THE CHARGEBACK AND GIVE PAYPAL PROOF OF OUR CONVERSATIONS IN WHICH WE TALK ABOUT THE COMMISSION AND SHOW THE FINAL PRODUCT AS EVIDENCE THAT I HAVE DONE WORK FOR YOU.

Failure to follow these terms and conditions will result in you losing all rights to the commissioned piece.

You will also be blacklisted from commissioning me again.
